This ink is called UV INK it only glows under a uv light alot of tattoo artists wont use this type of ink becuase its not known to be 100% safe.

These tattoos usually run an extra 100 to 200 depending on the shop you go to…

those tats only show up in black light??? Are they real?? What type of ink is that ?? and how expensive are they???
